Program: Greg Tepper, from Laurel Hill Cemetery, is a highly regarded horticulturalist, professional arborist, and designer. He will be sharing his exceptional design expertise.
Design: Creative Mass design featuring leaves, pods, seed heads, and some floral materials.
October 22, 11:00 a.m.
Program: Maria Jacobs, a Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) award-winning jewelry artist, will demonstrate the art of designing and creating jewelry.
Design: Botanical Design–any sized plaque design, staged upright or on easel.
November 19 (note date change), 11:00 a.m.
Program: Jenny Rose Cary, horticulturist, author, and one of our favorite speakers, will present the story of Gertrude Jekyll and the preservation of Munstead Wood, her legendary 15-acre home and garden in Surrey, England, created with architect Edwin Lutyens.
Design: Creative Mass design done in the Dutch/Flemish style.
December 17 — “Let’s Celebrate the Season Together” – Lunch at Ludwig’s Grill & Oyster Bar, 2904 Conestoga Road, Glenmoore
January 28, 11:00 a.m.
Program: Steve Van Valin will reveal some of the “secrets” behind his stunning container gardens. A Chester Springs gardener known for his Pop-Up Garden Tours, Steve is Longwood Gardens trained and holds Certificates I and II in Ornamental Horticulture.
Design: Spatial Thrust Design with two parallel placements w/similiar comp.
February 25, 11:00 a.m.
Program: Anna Davis-Anostina of Washington Crossing Historic Park will present the stories of the women of the American Revolution.
Design: Petite sized Angular design (5, 7 or 11″).
March 25, 11:00 a.m.
Program: Margie Patlak, author and photographer, will explore nature’s hidden wonders and introduce her newest book, More Than Meets the Eye.
Design: Duo Design select your own duo: Good/Evil; Desert/Forest; Waltz/Jitterbug.
April 22, 11:00 a.m.
Program: Kayla Klumpp, PT, DPT, COMT, physical therapist, will share practical techniques to help gardeners prevent injuries by protecting the shoulders, neck and lower back.
Design: Tubular Design
May 27, 11:00 a.m.
Program: Tonya Young, Garden Club Federation of Pennsylvania President (2027-2029), will entertain and inspire with a floral design program filled with creative techniques and practical tips you can use in your own arrangements.
Design: Low-Profile Abstract design.
June 24, 11:00 a.m.
Program: In celebration of National Pollinator Month, Pandora Young of Longwood Gardens and a member of the Xerces Society will discuss the importance of pollinators and how to support them in our gardens.
Design: Parallel design using primary colors only.
July 22, 11:00 a.m.
Program: Pat Wolansky, Garden Club Federation of Pennsylvania President (2025-2027), and Barbara Leidy will present an informative program on floral design. Barbara is a PHS Flower Show blue ribbon winner for designing. She is a member of Norristown Garden Club where she does floral demonstrations. She owns her own floral business where she specializes in wedding bouquets and flowers. Pat and Barbara will team up for an especially interesting designing demsonstration.
Design: Mono-chromatic Cascade design, with single color/hues, tones, plus green only.

Program: John Stitt, longtime PHS Flower Show exhibitor, will share tips for planning, organizing, and developing successful flower show exhibits and displays.
Design: Artistic Design: Jewelry. Inspired by Maria’s program, make any jewelry type with the dried material collected all year long.
